Brief description

:

The project was executed in Industrial Facilities of Hellenic Petroleum in Aspropyrgos Attica and included the following tasks in the tank P-8758C dimensions D = 46.300 mm, H = 16.300 mm:

• Replacement of bottom sheets of 6 mm thickness, weight 75.306 kg.

• Installation of Annular Plates 10 mm thickness and total weight 13.800kg.

• Replacement 5 mm thickness roof plates and weight 69.730 kg.

• Installation on the shell of a new tank cleaning door (cleanout door), quality controls and PWHT.

• Installation of new sheets on the shell (insert plate).

• Installation of Heating coils inside the tank diameter 2'' and 1'', quality controls and hydraulic test pressure 18 bar.

• Production and installation of various steel structures (platforms, walkways, stairs, gratings) sandblasting and painting them.

All materials of the work provided by the owner.
