Brief description

:

The project was executed in the Motor Oil (Hellas) Refinery in Corinthos and included the following main activities:

Position Changing of the Oil Loading Arm and New Pipe Line for the Loading. 

Position changing of the pump P-872C and construction of the interconnecting piping.

Erection of Pipe Rack (PP-100 & STR-300/400) connecting existing U-7000 with the new GT-5 in the area south of Τank Farm 4.

Route changing of firefighting pipe line southeast of TF-4.

Installation of a new Gas Preheater in U-7000 and the relative interconnecting piping.

Interconnecting Tie-ins for the new unit.

Supply, fabrication and erection of the pipe supports in the Unit of Gas Preheater.

• Supply, fabrication and erection of the pipe rack, rack and pipe support: 135 tons
• Pipe Weldings C.S. : 3000 inches
• Tie-Ins: 41 pieces
• Equipment Installation: 1 Pump, 1 Skid, 1 Loading Arm
