Brief description

:

 The project was executed in Industrial Facilities of Hellenic Petroleum in Elefsis Attica and included the following works:

·         Erection of scaffolding for all the works.

·         Installation of blinds for isolation of the unit according to the lists

·         Installation of the new heat exchanger 33-Ε-002Β.

·         Prefabrication and erection of new piping lines and modification of existing lines from diameter 1’’ – 16‘’. Materials carbon steel & alloy steel. Total done 358,75’’ carbon steel, 1.425’’ alloy steel.

·         Material supply, fabrication and installation of pipe supports for the new lines and modified lines.

·         Pressure test of new lines. Totally 8 tests with pressure from 5,3 bar to 146.3 bar.

·         Sandblasting, painting and insulations for the new heat exchanger    33-Ε-002Β.

·         Restoration and pre-commissioning of the piping lines.

All project materials were provided by the owner except the steel construction materials and insulation materials.
