Brief description

The project was executed at the industrial complex of Hellenic Petroleum, in Elefsina Attica and included the following works:

 

1.      Pipelines for low sulfur fuel oil.

2.      Pipe modifications for receipt of biodiesel from ship.

3.      Modifications on fuel feed lines.

4.      Pipeline replacement in T-Pier.

 

  • Field measurements and detailed design.
  • Prefabrication of piping and equipment.
  • Piping and equipment erection.
  • Fabrication and erection of steel structures (equipment attics, pipe routing ways, pipe supports, etc.).
  • Sandblast and painting of pipes - equipment and steel structures.
  • Networks insulation using rockwool.
  • Erection and removal of scaffolding.

The works on piping related to products networks and utility lines and were performed on all production and handling units of the refinery.

Pipe sections ranged from ½'' - 18'' and materials were C.S. - A.S. - S.S.

All main piping materials and equipment were provided by Hellenic Petroleum.
