Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the industrial facilities of Hellenic Petroleum in Aspropyrgos Attica and included the following works:

a. Furnaces maintenance works L-3301/3302/3302N/3303. Opening of furnaces, erection of internal scaffolds, replacement of tubes, quality controls, furnaces' closing.

 In total, 111 tubes were replaced including 222 welding tasks.

Tubes data: new tube material STM A213 Gr. T9, old tubes ASTM A335 Gr. P22 , thickness 7.11 mm, diameter 3 1/2" (101.6 mm).

b. Equipment maintenance for unit U-3300

§          Erection of scaffolds, blinding, equipment opening, repairs, hydraulic tests, closing and restoration.

§         Replacement of valves and safety valves 1" ÷ 24".

§         Opening of Reformer Reactors for catalyst replacement, cleaning and closure.

Pipe, valves and safety valves materials were supplied by the Owner.
