Brief description

:

The works were carried out at the industrial facilities of Hellenic Petroleum SA  in the area of Aspropyrgos, Attica, and included the following:

§          Blinding, opening of furnace, construction of internal scaffolds for inspection

§         Replacement of tubes at the radiant section and supports recommended during the inspection, quality control, hydraulic test

§         Closing of furnace, restorations and  precommissioning

§         Various maintenance works for unit U-3100, such as 8’’ line replacement at the top of tower Ν-4002, replacement of part of steam line S1  4”

Tube section: 6” and 4’’, thickness 8.5mm, material Α-213 GrT9, length 16,670mm

20 tubes of 6’’ and 4 tubes of 4’’ were replaced.

Welding in total: 6” 120 pcs, 4” 16 pcs
