Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the Refinery of Motor Oil (Hellas) in Corinth and included the following works:

a. Dismantling of various parts of piping networks of petroleum products and utilities, prefabrication and erection of new ones with their supports, required quality controls and commissioning of the networks of lubricant units.

Piping Network  diameter: up to 48", thickness up to 22mm, materials C.S., alloy steel, stainless steel

b. General Maintenance works of Units U-200/300/400/500/4950/2600/7000

The following works were carried out in brief:

§          Equipment blinding

§         Opening of equipment for inspection (towers, reactors, tanks, furnaces, boilers, heat exchangers, air coolers), repairs and remedy of problems after the internal and external inspection of the equipment (shell, removal of  heat exchangers bundles, trays repair, furnace tube repairs etc), restoration of equipment, hydraulic tests and commissioning

c.     Replacement of the 1^st tube bank at furnace F-3202 of unit U-3200
