Brief description

:

The works were carried out at the industrial facilities of Hellenic Petroleum SA, in Elefsina, Attica, and included the following:

§         Excavation works and building of new  steel structure and equipment foundation with the unit operating

§         Construction and placement of  steel structures for elevating the unit, with the unit operating

§         Placement of new equipment with the unit operating and replacement of existing equipment during the Τ/Α

§         Prefabrication and erection of pipe network of petroleum products and utilities, C.S. – A.S. & INOX of various sections ranging from ½’’ to 24’’ for the interconnection of the new equipment with the existing refinery network

§         Application of fire protection of  steel structure with the unit operating

§         Maintenance of 17 existing heat exchangers according to the refinery procedures

§         Revelation, replacement and placement of new electrical and instrument wires/cables in existing and new pipe ways & racks constructed for the interconnection of the new pumps and instruments with the substation and the control building of the units

§         Extension and programming of the D.C.S. & E.S.D. system of the units

 

The equipment (pump, tanks, exchangers etc), the pipe network materials and the materials for the electrical-instrument wires/cables were supplied by the owner.

The materials for building works, metal constructions of all types, sand blasting-painting works were supplied by our company.

50% of the project was executed when the CDU # III unit stopped operating.
