Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the industrial facilities of Petrola Hellas S.A. in the region of Elefsina, Attica and included the following works:

§         Construction internally and externally to the furnaces of units III & IV and of the air pre-heater of unit III.

§          Blinding and deblinding after completion of the works.

§         Disassembly, maintenance and re-installation of the furnace burners in units III & IV.

§         Open of flame chambers and convection section at the furnace.

§         Removal and restoration of fire resistant elements in the chambers and the convection section.

§         Cleaning of pipes and supports using mechanical means and water rinsing.

§         Pre-construction and replacement of pipes made of CR Mo 5, having diameter 6’’, and length 13m

All the above works were performed at the furnaces of the CDU III (3 – H – 1 A/B & 3 – H – 101) and CDU IV (4 – H – 241) units
