Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the industrial facilities of Hellenic Petroleum (former Petrola Hellas SA) in the region of Elefsina, Attica and included the following works, which were performed during  short period Shut-Downs (Τ/Α) of units CDU III, CDU IV & HDS :

§         Construction of racks internally and externally to the towers and pressure vessels.

§         Opening of external and internal manholes in towers and pressure vessels.

§         Interior cleaning of equipment using mechanical means, water and sand blasting.

§         Interior and exterior repairs of the equipment on the shell and trays.

§         Replacement of catalysts in reactors and filters, in the presence and as per the procedures of Owner representatives.

§         Replacement of pipes of the units CDU III, CDU IV & HDS.

Pipes diameters ½" to 36".

Pipes material C.S. , A.S. & INOX

All works were performed as per the specs of the Owner and company LLOYD’S, which attended and certified all works performed as authorized consultant of the owner.

The materials of steel structures and supports, electrical, grids, sand-blasting - paints and insulation were procured by our company.
