Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the industrial  complex of Hellenic Petroleum, Aspropyrgos, Attica, and included the following works:

Supply of all materials for tubes and supports, prefabrication of 36   coils for boilers Κ-1001 C/D, prefabrication of all supports of coils made of stainless steel.

On the spot opening of economizers, dismantling of old  coils, mounting of new coils and  connection with the existing tubes, quality control, hydraulic test at 80 bar, restoration and commissioning

The works were carried out in two phases (one for each boiler) with turn-around duration of 31 days.

Tubes: Φ 38mm * 2.9mm thickness (ST 35.8 / III DIN 17175).

Total  welding joints: 993 pcs
