Brief description

:

The project was  executed at the facilities of ΕΚΟ SA at Kalohori, Thessaloniki and included the following works:

Full construction of two new oil product loading islands and  pump station reconstruction. In particular:

§            Removal of all elements of old islands (removal of equipment, piping, construction base plates and walls, electrical engineering equipment and instruments)

§             Civil works for islets and  pump station based on the new design (excavation, soil sanitation, foundation works for the equipment and the metallic shed of the filler and the  pump station)

§            Relocation of the tanks basin wall (removal of all wall and construction of a new one at a new site)

§            Pre-construction and erection of product pipes for the interconnection of the tanks with the new  pump station and loading islands

§            Construction and erection of new  steel structures for pipe routing, filler sheds and  pump station

§            Installation of electrical engineering equipment and instruments, including interconnection thereof between control room, fillers and  pump station

§            Installation and commissioning of the equipment of the two loading islands (loader arms, gauges, etc) and of the  pump station

§            Sand blasting and painting works for all structures

The basic materials of the project, such as loading arms, filters, automatic flux and recirculation valves, pumps, heating elements and load controllers were delivered by the Owner.

All other materials for the constructions, steel works, pipe works, electrical works and instruments were procured by our company.
